Chief executive officer & president

Michael Rapino has served as Live Nation Entertainment’s President and Chief Executive Officer since 2005. Rapino led the transformation of Live Nation into the number one live music brand in the world with operations in more than 40 countries and annual revenue exceeding $10 billion.

Comprised of three market leading divisions – Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, Live Nation Sponsorship – Live Nation annually issues over 500 million tickets, promotes more than 30,000 events, partners with over 900 sponsors and manages the careers of 500+ artists. Its ecommerce sites average 80 million unique monthly users.

Joe
Berchtold

president

Joe Berchtold serves as Live Nation’s President. In this role Joe leads many of the company’s performance improvement and strategic initiatives. In addition, he oversees several of the corporate functions.

Prior to joining Live Nation in 2011, Joe was at Technicolor, where he was most recently President of Technicolor Creative Services, which included post-production, digital services, film processing and distribution businesses. Before joining Technicolor, Joe was a partner with McKinsey and Company, leading their West Coast Media Practice.

He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Pomona College and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University where he was a Baker Scholar and Loeb Fellow.

Yong

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTOR RELATIONS

Amy Yong is Live Nation Entertainment’s Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, developing investor confidence by effectively communicating the company’s business strategy and progress each quarter. Amy joined Live Nation in February 2021 from Ariel Investments where she was responsible for capital raising, business development and investor relations located in (Chicago? New York?). Prior to joining Ariel Investments, Amy spent 15 years as a sell-side equity analyst with over 10 years at Macquarie covering the technology, media and telecom industry, and began her career on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch. Amy has been honored by the Institutional Investor, a leading international B2B publisher focused on finance, by being named a Rising Star for three consecutive years. Amy graduated from Cornell University and earned a degree in Economics and International Relations.

Rowles

executive vice president & general counsel

Michael G. Rowles was appointed as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Live Nation in March 2006. Prior to joining Live Nation, Michael served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Entravision Communications Corporation, a diverse Spanish-language media company located in Santa Monica, California, since September 2000. Prior to joining Entravision, Michael was a partner in the law firm of Zevnik Horton Guibord McGovern Palmer & Fognani, L.L.P., where he had a general corporate practice with an emphasis in securities and mergers and acquisitions. Michael received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications, with a minor in Business, graduating with honors, from the University of Illinois.

Dyer

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

Liz Dyer is Live Nation Entertainment’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for driving diversity and inclusion, recruiting, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR technology. Liz joined Live Nation in 2016 after seven years at MedAssets, a healthcare performance and revenue improvement company, where she served as the Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management. Prior to MedAssets, Liz started her career as an HR consultant for various healthcare and tech organizations. Lizgraduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Heidelberg University and earned a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Allianz International University – California School of Professional Psychology.

Kaitlyn
Henrich

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS & SOCIAL IMPACT

Kaitlyn Henrich serves as Live Nation Entertainment’s Senior Vice President of Global Communications and Social Impact, providing strategic direction and positioning to the company. Prior to joining Live Nation in 2017, Kaitlyn was at Disney where she was most recently (TITLE) which included developing communication campaigns for their top digital entertainment offerings and managing press relationships to ensure coverage in top consumer publications, entertainment trades, and tech outlets. Kaitlyn graduated with a BA in Public Relations from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in business and entrepreneurship and was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
